Being new to the whole blogosphere scene, I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Jamey and I am originally from Demopolis, AL. I grew up in this small town playing sports and we spent most of our time looking for something to do than actually doing it. I moved on to an even smaller town, Livingston, where I attended the University of West Alabama on a football scholarship. My time spent there created some great memories, new friends, and most importantly my wonderful wife, Michalle. Although most of my time was spent playing, I did manage to graduate with a business management degree.
After graduating from UWA, Michalle and I got married soon after and moved to Tuscaloosa. My wife works as a RN. After working a couple of jobs in search of the perfect one, I soon realized the business world was not for me. I was never going to find the "right" job because it was not what I wanted to do in life. So after much encouragement and support from my wife, here I am back where we started at UWA working on my Masters in Physical Education, and I could not be more happy.
